Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is a quiet, atmospheric adventure where you wander an abandoned town with a lantern that's slowly running out of oil. The mechanic is simple, keep your light fed, but it colours every decision about where you explore and when.

There's light puzzle-solving woven into the exploration, mostly about finding fuel and unlocking new paths. It never gets frustrating, and the pacing gives you space to just take in the sad, pretty environments.

This is a game to play with headphones in a dark room. The sound design does a lot of heavy lifting. If you want an adventure that's more about mood than action, it's an easy recommendation.
