Neon Drift Circuit
★★★★☆ 4.2
Neon Drift Circuit is pure arcade racing, no simulation nonsense. You hold to accelerate, tap to drift, and chain those drifts into a boost meter. Once it clicks, the sense of flow is fantastic and I stopped thinking about the controls entirely.
The tracks lean hard into that neon-city look, and while it's a well-worn style, it works because the sense of speed is real. Later circuits throw in sharp hairpins that force you to actually manage your boost instead of spamming it.
Tilt steering is optional, which is a relief, because on-screen buttons feel much more precise here. It's not a huge game, but the handful of cars each drive differently enough to keep things fresh.
What we liked
- Satisfying drift-to-boost loop
- Real sense of speed
- Optional tilt, precise button controls
